"We started working with Jerry a couple of years ago when we knew we wanted to move to the greater Phoenix area. Jerry showed us a number of different neighborhoods and provided knowlegable commentary on each. The next year we settled on the Sun City Grand neighborhood, and and looked further into that area. It wasn't until the third year that we finally picked a home to move into.All this time Jerry was completely accommodating and easy to work with. At the same time, Jerry was and is extremely knowledgeable about many neighborhoods and issues associated with homes in each neighborhood. He provided necessary guidance without ever leading -- exactly what we desired in an agent. Jerry is extremely helpful and accommodating while always leaving the pace and choice to his client. Up to and through closing, Jerry was always available and quick with responses to questions.We couldn't have asked for a better realtor."

"In August of 2017, my wife and I made a fast paced trip over a long weekend to find our new home in Surprise Az. We contacted Jerry on very short notice and told him of our situation and what we were looking for. Jerry put together a list of possible properties and the showings began. In two days we viewed over 25 house and by the end of the second day we had narrowed down our options and made an offer. During the process we had to return to Oregon and conclude the deal long distance. Jerry went beyond our expectations by taking additional photo's and measurements of the property for us. He then helped us locate a reputable plumber for some work needing to be done and also found a cleaning service we could use so the house would be ready by our move in date. We have already recommended Jerry to one of our relatives and would not hesitate to use his services again."

"Jerry went out of his way to show us properties all over Metro Phoenix. I couldn't ask for a more agreeable and responsive agent. The sale was handled without any problems, and since we were not Americans, there could have been lots of problems. He steered us through a process that was a little different than what we were used to. I will call him again if we need an agent."
